چکیده

Adrenal cavernous hemangiomas are rare nonfunctioning benign tumors. This case report presents a patient with a huge nonfunctioning adrenal cavernous hemangioma presenting as an adrenal incidentaloma suspicious for adrenal myelolipoma. Although adrenal cavernous hemangiomas are rare, they should be considered as a part of the differential diagnosis of adrenal neoplasms. The proper treatment is surgical excision due the risk of spontaneous tumor rupture and the difficulty of ruling out malignancy.

Adrenal hemangiomas are less than 1% of all the adrenal neoplasms and usually are reported as benign, non-functioning tumors, originating from the adrenal cortex and surrounded by normal or hyperplastic adrenal tiss...
